Like the foundation of a house, this class teaches the new dog (adult or puppy) and the handler the skills needed for a strong beginning. We will focus on dog/handler interaction and teach you the basic skills and body mechanics required for a safe, successful and fun adventure.
Recommended for dog 10 weeks and older. Proof of vaccinations required.
For young and new dogs/handlers with some agility experience.
Building upon your foundation, we will introduce various obstacles and contact equipment, working on proper approach and completion. We will also begin obstacle sequencing and progress to running full courses. Focus will be on safety for both the dog and handler.
Geared to the dog and handler who wish to compete.
This class will provide you with the necessary skills and confidence to begin your agility journey. Progressing from the beginners level, we will work on more advanced obstacle sequences as well as handling skills. When you're ready to step into the ring, we will be there also to support you and make the transition easy.
Geared to the dog and handler who have begun to compete and are ready to be challenged.
Now that you're addicted to Agility, this class level will be geared to you (the handler), and increasing your skills and perfecting your handling style. Troubleshooting issues between you and your team mate (the dog) will be a focus. You will be challenged and shown various methods of completing each course and sequence.
MASTERS! Need I say more?
Even masters have issues, right?
In this class, we will kick it up a notch with challenging handling and sequencing. In this level, we focus on dog/handler observation and how they interact with the sequence. Areas of focus are course time, handling and the opportunity to work on observed issues.
